Feel Blessed to be Part of Organization to Support Indonesia Development

Energy demand will continue to increase in correlation with population and economic growth.

Despite full awareness on energy transition for lower emission/renewable energy (wind and solar power), fossil fuel will remain play significant portion through 2050.

Oil and gas provide better energy supply than coal, improve access to cleaner energy, and reduce greenhouse gas emission.

Pertamina, as one of the leading energy company in Indonesia have important role to fill this energy demand. Company’s main and subsequent activities will eventually help to reduce poverty, improve public health-education, and foster economic growth.

Indonesia’s government income resulted from upstream oil and gas sector reach US$17.2 billion or 145% from APBN-P 2018 target (US$11.9 billion).

In hand, plan to produce non-carbon energy: developing hydrogen and nuclear power are also being developed.

Hydrogen which being trialed is hydrogen use at refinery, to produce methanol, and for mobility. Nuclear power will be use as hydrogen mover to provide affordable energy source.
